Overall, the redemption process on Joy went well, but it took several emails to clarify the issue with the shipping costs that were incorrectly estimated by the system. In the end, manual support helped and everything proceeded quickly and my desired product was delivered promptly. I was able to donate the remaining balance, which is a meaningful way to use the rest of a Joy voucher. Not much is missing for 5 stars, but 4 stars describes my past experience quite well.
